🚨 HUGE! While hearing bail pleas of 2020 Delhi riots accused under UAPA, the Centre said in court: - "Would KASAB have been granted BAIL just because of trial DELAY?"🤯 Centre strongly opposed blindly applying the principle that "bail is the rule and jail is the exception" in serious UAPA cases, especially when 53 people died in the Delhi riots 💥 They further said: If Hafiz Saeed is brought from Pakistan & kept in jail for 5 years while evidence is gathered from abroad, should he be released merely because time has passed?🎯 This is a powerful counter to the recent trend of courts routinely granting bail to terror and riot accused. National security and justice for victims cannot be sacrificed at the altar of "personal liberty". The government has drawn a firm line. Enough of the bail syndrome for serious offenders! 🔥🇮🇳

JUST IN: Record breaking result in Falta Repoll in West Bengal. -BJP’s highest win margin from across state (109021) -surpasses earlier highest win margin at Naxalbari (104265) -in 2021, BJP won only one seat in areas where Muslim population crossed 30% (87/89 such seats were won by TMC) -in 2026, BJP has won Falta where Muslim voters make up 35% of population -CPM comes in at second position. Muslim votes shifting to CPM -Cong gets only 10k votes as compared to over 40K by CPM -TMC’s Jahangir Khan gets less than 8000 votes, at 4th place.
