This doesn't conflict with what I said. I just think there should be a separate recommendation section on the homepage, rather than directly replacing it with the current recommendation algorithm. Now as soon as you enter, you see insects and other hardcore stuff. If you don't log in and block the tags, there's simply no way to eliminate such graphic content.This is not even friendly to tourists.

@BalanceFoxes Trending was never designed to boost already large creators, but to bring in smaller ones to light, the fact that the old method only displayed creators with massive followings already meant it completely failed on its function, and the change only affects the main page trending.

This update to Iwara is a total disaster. If they want more exposure for user submissions, they should add a separate recommendation section instead of forcing niche content with only a few thousand plays over several days into the trending section.
It's like opening a music app and finding that this week's hot singles include a bunch of random screaming noises.

Looks like I was right—switching directions is a sure thing for me. Clearly, there's likely to be a clash between SD creators and video creators in the future, and I don’t want to get caught up in it.
Everyone hates those who re-upload without permission, Asking others to provide their subscription details or credit the SD creator in the description is reasonable.
But making others put link in their videos? Oh....
As for me, the most I can do is provide a credits list. To be honest, I don’t want to ruin the viewing experience of my own videos.
Or maybe video creators won’t release their videos publicly at all. Then the topic will go back to the old classic: people using them to ‘make money’. Wow, that’s going to be one terrifying war.
