I believe that if Man City hadn't approached Maresca to take over from Pep Guardiola, Maresca would still be at Chelsea today. He wanted that move and looked for excuses to justify his resignation. That's how it works for coaches. They don't have loyalty because one small misstep and they are sacked. So, when a massive opportunity arises, they push for it. That's the game. I don't blame him. How could he turn down the opportunity to become a manager at a much more stable club like Man City just to stay as head coach at Chelsea? On top of that, Chelsea didn't upgrade his contract or status after winning the Club World Cup. We didn’t give him much to believe in. The game is the game. Both parties played their cards. I just hope we have learned from it.

@Mo_Aziz17 I don't want us to buy any RB. This Max Alleyene guy will definitely perform there, because of his defense and attack instinct. He is much better has a back up for Nunez than any other one, because he is from the academy, and still have more years to grow.

First thing Enzo needs: • Sell Savio, Omar, Kova and Tijjani • Sign at least two top-class midfielders (if Nico leaves) • Add one right-back • Add one winger

حابب أكتب رأيي المبدأي عن ماريسكا .. ماريسكا اسم كبير وقدم بوادر مبشرة جداً مع تشيلسي. أفضل مستوى قدمه تشيلسي وأفضل كورة من بعد رحيل توخيل. مدرب عنده أفكار مميزة ومن الصفوة في بناء اللعب والضغط ودا من أكبر اسباب بروزه في المباريات الكبيرة وتحضيره ليها لأن دول أكبر مرحلتين لعب بيحددوا التفوق في المباريات الكبيرة ، رجل تفوق على اسماء من الأكبر في العالم زي انريكي وارتيتا وفليك وغيرهم .. دي زيربي قال قبل كدا ان عنده أفكار مشابهه مع ماريسكا حول كرة القدم واسلوب التدريب وان دي زيربي كان استشار ماريسكا قبل انتقاله لـ برايتون لكن لنفس السبب يمكن دا تفسير اهداره النقاط وتراجع مستواه في بقية المباريات لأن على عكس المباريات الكبيرة ، بقية المباريات المتوسطة/الصغيرة مش بتعتمد بشكل كبير على بناء اللعب او الضغط. تظل مهمة لكن أحياناً فرق وسط الجدول بتنزل بدون ما تضغط عليك حتى ، وبدون ما يعملوا بناء لعب أو يسمحوا ليك تضغط ، يحدف الكورة ويرجع يقف بلوك متوسط/متأخر وينتظر التحولات ويقولك يلا وريني أفكارك في الاستحواذ والاختراق أفكار ماريسكا كانت متأثرة بشكل كبير بـ مانشستر سيتي 2022 - 2023 .. الفترة اللي كان فيها مساعد لـ جوارديولا زي ما تقول بصمج البوكس ميدفيلد (3241) وخد نفس الأفكار والمنهجية وأسلوب اللعب التموضعي وحفاظ اللاعبين على مناطق التمركز وحركتهم مع ليستر وصعد معاهم للدوري ومع تشيلسي بعدها هو حرفيا مبصمج الخطة بنفس نقاط التفوق والعيوب وفي تشابهات كتير ، يعني جوارديولا كان عايز يلعب بفودين في الهاف سبيس الشمال مكان بيرناردو ، عشان يتحرك في أنصاف المساحات ويلعب عرضيات بقدمه الشمال ودا كان غير مناسب لأسلوب فودين ، ماريسكا كان بيحاول يعمل نفس الشئ مع بالمر (10 شمال) وفشل ماريسكا كان من أول المدربين اللي طبقوا فكرة الـ roaming full back وهو تحرك الاظهرة في أنصاف المساحات والبوكيتس كأنهم لعيبة وسط رقم 8 ، عمل كدا مع كوكوريا وجوستو ودا هو دور اورايلي الحالي مع السيتي كظهير أيسر. لكن جوارديولا أكتر مرونة وتنوع في الأفكار ودا طبيعي لأنه جوارديولا وخبرته الأكبر ودايما هيلاقي حلول ضد مختلف أنواع الخصوم. لما الخصوم عطلوا البوكس ميدفيلد بيب تخلي عنه وشاف افكار وطرق مختلفة. ماريسكا لازم ياخد الخطوة دي (كان بيعمل كدا بالفعل آخر فترته مع تشيلسي) ويبدأ ينوع ويضيف ديناميكية أكبر وأنماط مختلفو وأفكار أكتر وهيكون معاه سكواد متنوع ومناسب لـ دا. كومباني مع بايرن خد الخطوة دي وأظن ماريسكا كمان عنده القدرة ..
