@Se_Railway I’m on the delayed 18:25 from STP to SOO. Hoping to meet the connecting train for Aylesford at 19:09. Apparently we’re due in at 19:13 and the connection leaves at 19:12(delayed). Any chance of holding on for 1 more minute please?

@Se_Railway By the sounds of the above, this train was always going to be cancelled? Wouldn’t it have been easier for the 30 or so passengers now stranded at Strood for nearly an hour to have allowed the connecting train to wait for 5 more minutes as I requested?

@Ballbear13 There was a bridge strike earlier on near High Brooms causing crew displacement, you train was impacted by this unfortunately ^JV

@Ballbear13 Hi Lee, there is a problem with the system that tracks trains and displays the information. This means that trains may be shown as being delayed incorrectly. ^NM

@Se_Railway please can you explain why for the second time this week, the connecting train at Strood travelling to Paddock Wood leaves just as the train for St Pancras arrives. Just leaves lots of passengers waiting around for 30 minutes for the next one. Can i claim delay repay?

@Se_Railway Hi @Se_Railway we’re travelling on the 19:20 from St Pancras and was held at a red signal. Apparently running 6 minutes. Any chance the connecting service leaving Strood to Aylesford can be held for 3 minutes please?

@Ballbear13 Hi Lee. I'm not able to comment on why specific trains aren't held, but if your train is running late and you think you may miss your connection you can always contact us here or on Whatsapp and we can request trains are held. ^DR

@Se_Railway @Se_Railway I’m replying to the above as the same thing has happened again. 18:55 from STP to Strood, arrived 3 minutes late, passengers run from 1 platform to another only for the connecting service to Aylesford pulling away. Why don’t they just wait?
