Hugh & Majella were at the annual 10 mile race in Ballyliffin, with Hugh finishing second in his age category. 💪 Hugh McGill 1:20:52 🥈Age Majella Connolly 1:44:53 A lovely day for a run in the hills of Donegal with a tough finish along the beach as well 💙

Well done to all our runners who started 2024 in the best possible way at the annual Race Over The Glens held in Glenariff Forest Park on New Year’s Day. Thanks go to @BmenaRunners for a fantastic event, and congratulations to Alister who won his age category. 💙

@GemmaMcDonald83 had a fantastic 10k at the Expleo Festival of Running held in Belfast’s Harbour Estate on New Year’s Eve. On the fast, flat course she was first lady home in a Personal Best time of 37:40 ending a great year of running for her. Well done Gemma. 💙

Well done to @GemmaMcDonald83 who clocked up another win on Sunday when she was First Lady over the line at the Saintfield 10k. Great running from Gemma on a hilly course, she finished in 9th place overall. 💪
