Super disappointed that I purchased my @BambuLabSupport / @BambulabGlobal P1S Priner for my son through @STEMfinity . Our AMS broke within 5 months, and I can't return it or get a replacement because of their "policies". Should have bought it at @microcenter or @BestBuy ☠️

@BambulabGlobal @BambuLabSupport I could not be more frustrated. Bought my first 3d printer a few days ago. Errors right out of the box. Support sent me an idiotic response, clearly not even having read my ticket. Not even a way to request a refund. Total joke. #defective #a1mini

@BambuLabSupport why does my P1P take 10 minutes to turn on after I shut it off for a minute? Only had to turn it off in the first place cause it froze. It's getting ridiculous. Fix your firmware.

I spent three hours carefully reboxing my brand new Bambu Lab H2C Combo to return it. The warehouse received it today. When I updated my ticket with proof of delivery, their response was that they need to inspect it and it could take up to 7 days before they make a decision or ship my replacement. This is extremely disappointing. I bought a premium $3000+ machine less than a month ago. It arrived defective — throwing “extrusion motor overloaded” errors from day one. After they sent a new extruder, installing it was incredibly difficult, and then I immediately got an “extruder swap failed” error. Now I’m left without a printer for potentially weeks while they take their time inspecting the unit I already spent hours repacking. The way Bambu Lab has handled this entire situation with a brand new machine has been very poor. There’s zero sense of urgency or customer-first attitude. Once you have an issue, it feels like you become the problem. I will never purchase another Bambu Lab product again. This experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth. If you’re considering spending serious money on a Bambu printer — beware. When problems arise, their support leaves a lot to be desired. @BambulabGlobal #BambuLab #3DPrinting
