@BambuLabSupport I’d appreciate if you guys can make only the rubber pad+screw! I have the door but lost my screws! Since P1S/X1C, I took door away for PLA but now I want print more exotic filaments on it… and realize I lost it and it doesn’t included in the screw bundle.

Where can I buy the screw and pad for doors?? @BambuLabSupport

Okay I’ve had it with @BambulabGlobal they are now giving me tips on how to calibrate a H2C…. I bought an H2D!! They have literally offered me zero input whatsoever on how to fix this

Placed an order on the Bambu website 6/19, got shipping on 6/22, and it's sat since. @BambuLabSupport @BambulabGlobal How has my order been waiting for two weeks ot be picked up? I could have driven across the country to pick it up and delivered it myself in this time.
