You seem like an authentic dude brochacho I dig the vibes haha. I honestly don’t know if we will ever have another ChillGuy ever again. I think those days are done and over with tbh. It’s a multifaceted issue which has worsened over the entire cycle. -memes became diluted via Pumpfun worsening the ability for ANYTHING not just memes to run hard (not blaming Pumpfun for this it was going to happen either way) -then we had the rise of PvP with Niero destroy a large chunk of public trust in holding / memes etc -then worst of all we had Trump - and that sent ALL coins to zero. I’d say Trump is the cause of 70% of the damage of belief and holding. Many people were ruined seeing 99% of coins go to zero and never recover. That pulled back the veil and showed us how fragile and meaningless memecoins were. “Crime cycle” -we’ve had pumofin buying and paying for all ct of influence creating an echo chamber of sheep and oppression of dissenting opinions (bad for any kind of innovation and a way of oppressing people who want to try to fix things - learned this the hard way) -lastly there were attempts to reinvigorate the spirit of conviction of memecoins, but they were destroyed over and over by the aforementioned forms of damage. Housecoin was the strongest of these memecoin revivals. Many don’t remember now, but pre Housecoin the vibes were the worst - and when Housecoin pumped to 120 mil it was hailed as a hero of the trenches. Many derivs and second movers came as a result. It was something different. People hailed it as a savior of vibes and liquidity. Then the leaders of the space came together to pump a deriv/ beta in which the sole purpose was to fud house and chastise the community leaders, OG whales shorted it and lied to fud it so their shorts would print, and in the wake of its damage, lashed out at the bagworkers (myself included) What you have is a long series of events spawned from a lack of rules/ lack of integrity - and overall greed and aggression (the new form of “aggression” on CT is 90% the result of Pumpfun and their ethos) which has eroded trust amongst the network of bagworkers, devs, teams and whales here on CT required to send something beyond 100 mil. The irony is that those who led these cancers of the trenches already made it, made their many millions and don’t give a fuck about any of us so it’s easy for them to laugh. It is what it is lol.
