From a Chinese medicinal perspective, weed disturbs your spirit, while porn reduces the strength of your kidneys (too much blasting). Weed also is quite nasty as it’s a parasitical plant that absorbs tons of heavy metals during the growing process - which is partially why it alters chronic smoker personalities over time.
What happens with porn is that the drain on the kidneys and dopamine receptors leads the victim into deeper and deeper rabbit holes to get the same kick - and the body continues to get weaker over time due to the drain of energy the substance induces.
Weed also increases risks of schizophrenia, and entity possession, both of which are linked to kidney deficiency (in Chinese med). This is why self control against such substances is very important in modernity.
