@nikkixrobertson Evie is the exact same, she’s getting better as time goes on. She did get reffered to speech and language but she’s been waiting for over a year now so I’m hoping school helps more and more as it’s also caused social anxiety cos she gets stressed people can’t understand her😭😭
@BananaSplitt_ Darcey can talk for Scotland but the majority is babble except from her animals, numbers, letters and random words and she’s very expressive and sings songs etc so when she pointed and said muma I was like omg it was like watching your baby take their first steps 🥹
Most people don’t know but my little girl has expressive speech delay. Her understanding is exceptional - but words don’t always come easily. Today, after 3 years, 3 months & 28 days on earth Darcey called me Mummy for the first time. The most beautiful word I’ve ever heard 🩷
@BananaSplitt_ Honestly Hannah I cannot describe how it made me feel. Especially with her age I thought I was never going to hear her call me mum as a wee girl still 🥹🩷
3 years, blood, sweat, and tears. That’s me completed my final ever placement. Had a fantastic mentor for my last 12 weeks who got me this card and some great gifts. 💚🚑
Is there another bout of this recurring plaque of illness that takes down most Scottish people making its rounds because I’m currently couch bound, choked up, body hurts and feeling sorry for myself 😩🤒🙅🏻♀️
