If PSAD is that low often the prostate is going to be enlarged and if LUTS, signs/sx of obstruction then MRI would still be helpful from a BPH standpoint for surgical planning. In that case would argue can still get MRI which is more accurate than CT or TRUS for prostate size.

Would definitely be helpful in many ways, access/ease of treatment, avoiding patients wasting $$ on OTC supplements with no efficacy.
