Also, I can't remember how original SH games were but I thought your decisions mattered and that's how you got multiple endings, or did you always have to finish the game once?

I finished SHf last night. It was alright. I started to get what was happening halfway thru the game. I always hated when you're near the game and they force you into fights, also I thought it was over at some points but it kept going. It was dragging too long at the end.
