nothing is certain but I believe it will be our last bullish year yes- and 8k eth possible, also ETH has been a good price here man- the possibility for eth to get the divergence is still there with BTC- but if btc holds 71k and does not lose it then that gets less probable, best would be to wait little longer for confirmation
