As leaders of any realm, we must remember that we are called to lead, not to rule. There is only one true King. Bearing that in mind, we will be able to keep our minds clear, our hearts pure, and our direction straight.

@iamericwong Agree as well to be wary of self-professed experts. In my experience, most battle-scarred real experts are quite humble and fully recognize their fallibility. Nonetheless they are quite happy to share whatever they know.

I always have a takeaway after each call with @BanjoCastillo, a huge part of it is he can back his insights with actual experience.

This is why I really find it strange how so many are eager to run to an “expert, “guru”, “coach” who isn’t battle-tested. Even stranger are those who liberally call themselves one without the battle scars to prove it.
