During the EGM, shareholders approved an AT1 issuance of up to US$200 M, reinforcing the Group’s commitment to strong capital ratios & enabling the Bank to pursue its strategic growth objectives amid an evolving global environment.

Bank ABC held its AGM & EGM virtually today, chaired by HE. Naji Belgasem. Among other resolutions, shareholders approved a dividend of US$85.1 M, representing 33% of the Group’s annual profit, while retaining 67% to reinforce capital strength & support future growth.
