@mavt22_boom@cowboyaroza Small market team in St.Petersburg not a thriving team since 2008 located in Tampa. You can't quantify the numbers if it's not solely been in Tampa the whole time. Does the attendance topple NFL or NHL no not right now but a new stadium would be beneficial to area as a whole.
@BankinDatAss522@cowboyaroza There is no guarantee on fans showing up. 28 years of data show that. You’re believing all these used car salesman. It’s laughable. Bucs and Lightning will and should be the priority. And your worried about other fans at Bucs games??? Wjo do you think goes to the Rays games?😂
@Bron_Season@ExtendKevinCash If you can't say a manager can win or lose a game because as you said they don't directly contribute on the field then your argument is invalid. The players are directly responsible for the outcome of the game however having managers as former players helps situational strategy
@BankinDatAss522@ExtendKevinCash How does a manager win a game when they don’t hit, field,or pitch? However they can lose the game with managing the pitching staff
@mavt22_boom@cowboyaroza I didn't think I had to explain to you the two sports are obviously separated but it's good you cleared that up for both of us. Just so you know there are more baseball home games/playoff games then there would be home football games/playoff games to generate revenue EVERY year
@BankinDatAss522@cowboyaroza Superbowls and College football playoffs are at baseball stadiums? Just being delusional now. There are levels to this, Super Bowl alone, bring in at a minimum 250 million to the area. And that’s just for surrounding businesses.
@mavt22_boom@cowboyaroza If you think Baseball stadiums being built now are just for baseball then you need to catch up on current and future designed projects. Everything you just mentioned is possible at a Rays ballpark without the weather affecting it. It's a large scale community renovation endeavor
@BankinDatAss522@cowboyaroza Very shortsighted. The renovation will bring Superbowls, College Football Playoffs, Wrestlemania’s and other huge events generating guaranteed money unlike what the Rays ate offering.
@benrosa Yes they will but luckily the Rays have done a phenomenal job of going over a month straight without a losing streak before today. Cubs, Mets, Angels, and Phillies fans have plenty of room for emotionally clueless fans
Horrible game. Horribly managed.
Just a painful loss. Back to Back losses that shouldn’t have happened.
I know the team is winning, but these are the type of losses that can demoralize a team and start a slump.
Really didn’t care by how Cash managed today.
@Bron_Season@ExtendKevinCash Be sure to praise Cash all of the games we've been winning so far if you're going to call him out on a competitive but sloppy game
@tb_sports_fan@RaysBaseball@Orioles@MLB Ask cubs fans, they've lost 9 straight, before that it was the Phillies and Mets fans. In the end we still on top of the AL East
@USFBULLSGUY@benrosa Nick you're not a Rays fan, stop pretending you know a damn thing about Kevin Cash or Rays baseball. You're not a USF fan either while we're at it
@cowboyaroza So who do you get right now? Who do you give up? What if that player we trade for gets injured before the playoffs or even the All Star break? Then what? Trade more?
@cowboyaroza So does 29 other teams every year dude it's hard to do when you're a small market team but luckily they've been growing and developing since then. I absolutely believe the pitch clock and ABS system has been a HUGE help to the game itself
@mavt22_boom@cowboyaroza So lose the opportunity to have 3 major sports franchises in one city not including a new USF stadium in 2027 just to renovate the Bucs stadium so "fans" can keep selling tickets to other teams?
@cowboyaroza It's not about getting comfortable, it's about understanding all of the options available. Right now you can guess a few teams that don't have a chance but for alot of others it's too early to tell. The cubs have lost 9 in a row, are they out of it? Not yet
@BankinDatAss522 Because, they need to learn from the past.. don’t get comfortable and coast into the All-star break , and then say “okay maybe we should add something.”
Cultivate the player now.
