This is a real job. It only pays you. This is not another scam or MLM type of scheme. You are applying to be a contractor for some of the biggest AI companies in the world, I am bound by NDA and cannot mention specifically which companies I’m working for, but you will be surprised to see who’s behind this.
My reccomendation: Start applying for roles immediately. The goal is to have multiple. Apply for 5-10 minimum.
I can make a small amount on referrals ($100s) but you will make $5-$10K+ if you get hired for a contract. I want to start posting more content about this, I really believe this is the future of online work, and it’s going to be a massive industry.

If you're considering making a career move I would not go work at any of these companies.
These businesses are a race to the bottom. There is no structural defensibility in outsourced research/training data for a set of 5-10 very large customers.
Once the frontier labs have to start caring about margins, one of two things will happen: they will drive vendor margins down until these businesses trade at 0.5–1x revenue, like every other staffing company (potentially worse because of the customer concentration risk), or they vertically integrate.
All arguments about how these are important outsourced research companies that the labs really value are cope.

People really have such high expectations for Outlier that when they lose their accounts, they lose their minds too.
Please, it’s not a stable job or a reliable source of income. It can get banned at any time. Stop depending on it for your plans 😭😭
