@SamsungUK I've tried Samsung store direct and through my @bluelightcard app. Neither will deduct the trade-in off the basket total.

Hi @Hermesparcels, one of your couriers make a second attempt at delivery today, and will he trying again tomorrow. My partner and I both work full time, we aren't at home during the day in the week. Your diversion options are limited and don't suit my needs. Please help...
