@VedantGupt12496 @omarhbeis Yeah I wasn’t expecting croc either to do that good. I think Nami should be good into croc, seeing lists running blockerbeards and Nika blocker luffy so she should be good.

@BantisGeorgios @omarhbeis Yeah but its so unfortunate that croc is now in the meta, doffy had such a golden chance but now it dies to ace as well as croc which is kinda sad. It still is good against the rest of the meta, but having very bad matchups against 2 meta decks will be oof

Early testing phase op15 post rotation + bans tier-list. Not sure about order in the tiers. All decks have at least 1 bad MU. But these are the best meta decks competitively at the moment in my opinion. -> Bell Luffy is cope imo. -> Boa is much weaker without Pudding.

@VedantGupt12496 @omarhbeis Doffy with Pika got 2nd today at the regional in Asia, seems like you were onto something. Will definitely try the list in testing too.

@BantisGeorgios @omarhbeis Previously you could just pudding to end the game, now you have to slowly chip on their hand size and so you need to actually attack every turn

@VedantGupt12496 @omarhbeis Okay so I take that back saw more Asia lists from the 3v3 regional from yesterday and most run kiku. Difference is I’m running 4C Zoro instead of kiku as I consider him a stronger card, with the exception of kiku trigger ofc. I also like playing this Zoro with Nami / Moria.

@BantisGeorgios @omarhbeis nah imo lucy only wins due to hand size if it does, even if it removes one nami 5 cost, what about the kikunojo or 7cost robin ?

@VedantGupt12496 I tried sky island package but thriller bark still seems stronger to me overall for Nami. I’m more leaning towards a hybrid with thriller bark cards and generic good cards too.

@BantisGeorgios Speaking of nami 5 cost rush luffy is really good in nami so i tried the 7 cost sky island robin and it seems really good, maybe its me being tired of thriller slop which it probably is but still sky island nami imo could be better than sky island luffy

@VedantGupt12496 But I definitely to test the Lucy vs Ace mu more. It seems rough bc Lucy runs so much power reduction on that new red event and Ace Sabo luffy where both give -3K and my big bodies die easily.

@VedantGupt12496 As Ace I’m always beating Nami. For Mihawk of shanks stays and they start law and Bepo my bigs it’s usually a wrap without red roc and pudding. The Lucy mu I prob need to test it more but if Lucy sees Sabos and removes 3-4 of my bodies I usually lose there too as Ace.

@VedantGupt12496 Will try it out, haven’t tried Pica on Doffy yet. Maybe if 10C is that strong that’s a valid build to just turbo ramp and spam him every turn.

@BantisGeorgios If you are trying doffy try him out with Pika so that you can play 10 cost into 10 cost doffy, its really good into enel/nami/imu. You insta die to ace, lucy/mihawk is difficult. If you can get rid of 9 cost mihawk with vergo you can win.

@VedantGupt12496 @omarhbeis Can bottom deck Robin too then KO Moria / Newgate. I don’t think the recent lists run kiku, it’s more thriller bark package. If Nami doesn’t see triggers and her big bodies die she struggles in my opinion. Because Lucy is also very consistent to see what he needs.

@Kairosabi @omarhbeis All my takes refer to high level play, that’s why I said competitive in my post. Otherwise most discussions are irrelevant, like a bad Imu would lose to some 14 + 13 decks so Imu isn’t meta for eb03 meta. We always make tier lists based on high level gameplay.

@BantisGeorgios @omarhbeis I respect you at least revising to a rank but come on man, in good faith between us you can admit 22 wins in a row ranked from someone garbage is - even vs low elo opponents, insane.

@Kairosabi @omarhbeis To add on that accomplished Asian players have taken Lucy to flagships and have seen success with him the last week. No pudding & red red roc only helps Lucy. Even if my EARLY prediction is wrong and Lucy isn’t S but A he is still a meta relevant deck.

@VedantGupt12496 @omarhbeis Because Lucy is on the game of I’m establishing a body while removing yours. As long as he can keep removing your bodies he will win. Same with Lucci vs Enel in 08/09 format. If Nami sees lots of triggers from life she is ahead. That goes for every yellow deck with triggers

@VedantGupt12496 @omarhbeis Lucy can KO Nami big bodies, and bottom deck the bodies with on KO effects. It’s a resource management game. If Lucy sees removal he can win.

@Kairosabi @omarhbeis First of all, which deck are you referring to with the 100% win rate ? If you are not good at the game and you have 100% win rate your opponents are probably trash. Lucy is definitely a meta deck. If I have missed something it’s because I’m saying early testing phase.

@omarhbeis @BantisGeorgios No, Lucy is performing terrible and haven’t seen anyone losing to it anywhere. This list is proof to not trust whoever made it. I’m not even good at the game and I have 100% win rate against Lucy with a non updated op14 deck.
