He put in all the hard work and the tournament was fantastic because of it. All the top CN players attended.

@Toddheadchan Making a China wide PR where none of the players have interacted with each other is in essence meaningless. There is no way to rate how a 1500 point player in Guangzhou compares to 1500 point player in Beijing.
