@DavidWondrich Preach it in Latin, Brother! We did that work altogether, it’s important to maintain that torch now more than ever. A homogenized cktl is efficiency at its worst- like hammering puzzle pieces together that simply arent meant to fit!

@BarSmarts I have been doing this for years. If you use fresh fruits, can save money at the end of the year. I went from 30£ per week on Citrus to 13£. Not bad at the end of the year. Works wonders if you want to dehydrate as well.

@popcornjack Hey Jack - Thanks for the continued support! Re-attending BarSmarts Advanced as a refresher is a great idea. The morning seminar portion focuses on same core subject matter but the guys do an amazing job of keeping the content feeling fresh

@1nonlyJMO but we also appreciate @anguswinchester's view: " with very old spirits (either ‘age in barrel’ or production age) part of the joy/experience is drinking Liquid History. The liquids may not be exquisite but they are unique and so very rare."
