إضراب كُلي لعمال «مصر للألومنيوم».. إحتجاجًا على رفض الإدارة زيادة نسبة الأرباح وللمطالبة بتعيين العمالة المؤقتة دخل اليوم،عمال شركة مصر للألومنيوم، بنجع حمادي، في إضرابًا كليًا عن العمل، بعد أن نظموا أمس، إضرابًا جزئيًا، سبقه بدء احتجاجاتهم باعتصام، الأحد الماضي، احتجاجًا على قرار الشركة بتقليص نسبة العمال من الأرباح. إضراب عمال الألومنيوم، اليوم، كليًا عن تشغيل الشركة، داخل أماكن عملهم، جاء بعد حضور عددٍ من قيادات الشركة، من بينهم العضو المنتدب للشركة، والعضو المتفرغ، ورفضهم التام لمطالب العمال، حسبما قال مصدر من العمال المشاركين في الإضراب لـ«بوابة الاشتراكي». وأضاف المصدر، أن ثلاثة من أعضاء مجلس النواب، حضروا إلى الاعتصام، صباح اليوم، للتوسط بين الإدارة والعمال، إلا أن قيادات الشركة غادرت، ورفضت لقاء النواب، فيما تلقى العمال وعودًا من نواب آخرين، عبر اتصال هاتفي، بعرض مطالبهم على وزير الصناعة. كما يطالب العمال، بتعيين العمال المؤقتين، وزيادة بدل الوجبة، وبدل غلاء المعيشة، وزيادة بدل حافز التميز(حافز الإنتاج)، وزيادة الحافز الشهري. وبحسب أحد العمال، تتراوح الأجور بين 1000 و1200 جنيه، تصل لما يتراوح بين 3000 و5000 آلاف جنيه شهريًا، بعد إضافة البدلات والزيادات، التي يعتمد عليها العمال بشكل رئيسي، في ظل أجورهم الهزيلة، وقفزات الأسعار وغلاء المعيشة. وفي ظل ارتفاع أرباح مصر للألومنيوم، التي وصلت إلى صافي 9 مليار و350 مليون جنيه، بحسب مصدرين من العمال. متضامنون مع عمال مصر للألومنيوم
