IEBC should understand that KENYANS, especially Gen Zs SHALL take photos, videos and EXPOSE any irregularity in real-time during 2027 ELECTIONS. A polling station isn't a PROTECTED area or a private KINGDOM for bureaucrats. Any attempt to CRIMINALIZE documentation of the ELECTORAL process shall be met with strong RESISTANCE.

Reason: we want independent judges at ICC just incase Kenyan politicians find themselves there in 2027.

My opinion regarding Kenya's Justice Njoki Ndugu nomination as an ICC Judge. Africa has presented 8 candidates: 1. Amani Cirimwami Ezéchiel (DRC) 2. Evelyn Ankumah (Ghana) 3. Rosette Muzigo‑Morrison (Uganda) 4. Deo John Nangela (Tanzania) 5. Abdoulaye Seye (Senegal) 6. Veronic Wright (Gambia) 7. Njoki Ndung'u (Kenya) 8. Tujilane Chizumila (Malawi) All the candidates meet the general criteria to qualify as a judge. However, in terms of competency in academia and practioner basis of International Criminal Law, I would rank Ezechiel Amani Cirimwami of DRC and Rosette Muzigo Morrison of Uganda as my top candidates. Elections of ICC judges by the Assembly of State Parties is a highly political process. Therefore, I am aware that the candidates require more than just competence but also the ability of their State to champion for their election.
