@EmeraldCityHky Whatever the goal of today's press conference was, it failed.

That Botterill presser was pretty discouraging. It sounded like more of what we've heard the last 5 years. Happy with the core, "aggressive" offseason promises, lots of positives, wouldn't answer about a transition year. If you were hoping for real change, I doubt it's coming.

@SeattleKrakenPR @Firebirds Just curious: why is the Kraken re-assigning Nyman to Coachella when most other players do not have as many goals as he does, and even veteran players with similar ice time do?

The #SeaKraken have reassigned forward Jani Nyman to the Coachella Valley @Firebirds.

@sound_hockey @ariellawfc Nice theory, but Nyman has better physicality, has scored more goals and has just as many points as Winterton in with far less ice time. Sending Nyman back to Coachella is a another not great move by Kraken.

@ariellawfc Speed and physicality. Nyman’s biggest attribute is his shot, but he didn’t get it off as often as one would hope. Some more time and space in the AHL should let him get back to letting it rip and find his scoring touch again.

This should be good for Li’l Jani. Hopefully he can go dominate the AHL and build some confidence until another opportunity at the NHL level presents itself. #SeaKraken

@wildestdreams_3 You obviously have not looked at Gru’s stats with the Kraken. They have underscore the reason: Gru has performed as one of the very worst goalies in the NHL during his time with the Kraken. That said- when he has time to rest and is only brought in very occasionally - he’s great

Why are the Kraken allergic to letting Gru play? Like…the last time he got to play was only because he was the ONLY one not hurt ….and he stopped every shot

@EmeraldCityHky The Kraken had much better offense when 5 regular players were out with injuries (all except McCann), and others who either want it more, or are actually more talented were in.

PSA: If the person you want to win AL MVP tomorrow does not win it does no good to try to diminish or disparage the accomplishments of the other. We got to witness two great dudes do otherworldly and historic things this season and it truly sucks that one of them has to not win. Don’t be a hater, just enjoy the greatness.

So w/Central Time Zone & East Coast Time Zone voters Raleigh went 7/24 w/1st place votes Pacific Coast time he went 5/6 This is not hard to figure out. The people that actually watched the games knew And the imbalance of voters is flat out irresponsible by MLB. Be better
