Rufus went to a birthday party today for a friend at nursery. His first ever party that he was invited to, not because of Henry or because of us (mum & dad), but he was invited.
He had a great time with mummy and was really nice for him to be 'normal' amongst people for a change

We had a relaxing Sunday, to start this off we went on a walk for our breakfast, walked 45 minutes each way. Henry bossed it as always and this was Rufus’ first time without a pram, few occasional carries, bur safe to say he bossed it too! They also held hands sometimes too.

The boys loved their trip to the @RailwayMuseum last weekend, especially the Wonderlab, which we tried for the first time! They've already been asking to go again, so I wonder what we might be doing next weekend 🤣

Today, we’re making a trip I don’t want to make. Our #2 child, 32 with four young boys of her own, had cardiac arrest while at a gas station in North Carolina. All caused by a blood clot in the leg, they said. It moved into the lungs, then her heart - into cardiac arrest. She had no pulse for 40-50 minutes, the brain usually only survives a few minutes without oxygenated blood pumped by the heart. She has low brain activity, is breathing by help of a ventilator, she’s convulsing, has involuntary movements, and my heart is breaking for her. She got herself into trouble a while back and left Michigan. I’ve not seen her in 8 years. She’s all alone. Hold on, Mom’s coming. 🙏

I don't know how to express this in words right now, but our little cat Paco was hit by a car 😔😔 I found him lifeless and picked him up off the street. He will be cremated and we are preparing a beautiful place for him. I wanted to share his photo one last time ❤🙏

Two weeks ago today my cat Lily snuck out my door & has been missing . I looked everywhere , posted it on all sites & thought after today I’d never see her again. I opened my patio door to let another cat in & in she flew! She’s back a little thin & dirty but I have her back! 🙏🏻
