Porthilly Spirit Distillery has launched an online cocktail recipe book, exploring the flavours of Trefresa Farm, the distillery's spiritual home. The recipes use ingredients gathered from the fields and shoreline close to the farm. Find out more here: porthillyspiritdistillery.com
