I feel like Oyarzabal is the only Spanish attacker that is guaranteed to play both MD1 & MD2 and that's annoying And defenders wise, it feels like only Cubarasi is nailed, and maybe Cucurella? But de la Fuente could easily play Grimaldo against Saudi Arabia to play Cucurella in MD3 to try top the group 😩

@Kaz7iiV2 Since midfield is our biggest strength, I'd say any team with a very strong midfield that knows how to keep the ball. I'd say Spain are a must avoid.

@FPLHenners Well, in the last 2 WC finals there were 6 and 5 goals scored respectivelly, plus semi-finals is also a decent time to use the chip imo.

@BarethGaleUCL That’s true but I think because there’s so many players you’ll get a slight advantage no matter what, also finals can be tense and unpredictable, possible low scoring also.

Anyone else playing their Max Captain chip for MD1? My original plan was to wait and play it in the final, but I’m tempted to get it out the way early.

@FFBobby_ As someone who owned Suarez against Kairat Almaty at home, with 4 goals scored and managed to blank, I wouldn't recommend. He is a decent striker but very inconsistent.

@Pras_fpl It's useless because either the sub 5% player isn't owned for a reason (benched, shit, playing for a shit nation) or if he actually does something, he won't be less than 5% the next day.

Not playing the official WC Fantasy game but I find the sub 5% ownership rule fascinating. You get more points if a player is under 5% owned, but if you talk about those gems then more people will pick them so they wont be 5% anymore. What are the content creators doing then? Not telling people about good low owned picks?
