I am at a loss for words... Update call with our CTO this morning and the Agentic Systems are leveling up recursively... Token compute budgets are now a crucial reality. Watching our CTO masterfully engage with highly crafted Agent swarms for specific tasks, inputs and outputs was humbling to say the least. Cracked devs before these tools were available truly have superpowers in this new era 🤯 Adapt or die... But more importantly find the edges that are not easily repeatable or copied. This also means in ideology, theory, narrative and storytelling. Not many moats left in the years to come... Position accordingly 🤝🌀

Happy St. Patrick’s Day 🍀 Kind of wild how we all know the name, celebrate him every year… but most of us don’t really know the story behind his life. We’ve been thinking a lot about this today and it’s different than we have thought of before... Already having been fans of this servant leader and man of God. He didn’t just leave a bad situation… he actually went back. And not to control anything or prove something, just to serve the people there. Feels like there’s something in that. Especially right now, with how a lot of systems feel. Either people try to control more… or they just check out. Not sure either of those really leads anywhere good. One of the most difficult things to do as a founder is to hard pivot from the conviction you built up for a particular market that does not exist yet. We had to do this at RYFT with our MVP platform. We know it will have its time to shine for the utility it provides. Nevertheless, we kept hitting a wall with PMF. What do you do in that situation? Well... If you're like us playing the Infinite Game. You find a bridge of existing PMF that uses your already built tech stack and a highly defensible use case. It might not be as sexy at first... Mainly because you have to reprogram your core strategy. But I will tell you this... You might just find its even far beyond what you originally set out to do. You don't know unless you try and challenge your assumptions 🤝🌀
