I feel there’s a simple solution to this which would improve England atmospheres immediately:
1. Play the games all across the country (Villa Park, The Etihad, Bramley-Moore, Stadium of Light etc) rather than just at Wembley.
2. Cap adult prices at £30 & £15 for concessions.
If you make England matches accessible, both in terms of location and price-point for the WHOLE country, not just those who are able to make it to North London for a Thursday night kick-off, the difference would be immediate and obvious. It’s the England national team, it’s not as if we don’t have the stadiums across the country which are capable of hosting these games.

"The stadium was SILENT - we never got any ENERGY back from the fans, and I think the players delivered a lot to get more from the fans." "If you then hear for half an hour just Wales fans, it's a bit sad because I think the team deserved big support." 🎙️ @gabrielclarke05

After everyone's advice, I tried the cable crunch again today, focusing on arching up and pulling toward my knees. This helped, and I felt a slight burn in my core, though it was faint. The weight was only 20 pounds, so it wasn't difficult. I concentrated on rounding my back and engaging my core. Now, I feel like my hips might be the issue. Please critique and help me improve. Is this better than yesterday? What am I still doing wrong?

@TheRedmenTV Last year we finished top of the champs league table and where did that get us? Every knock is a chance to learn and grow. By December we’ll behind in the league table by a small handful of points. By mid jan we’ll be +4 min.

@adamrowecomedy We played the second half with 6 players who’ve each had under 5 games together. Trust in the process.

“As for Michael Olise, I certainly cannot rule that one out.”
“They want a long-term Mohamed Salah replacement in the next summer or two and the early noises are that Bayern Munich's former Crystal Palace star Olise could be right at the top of their shopping list.”
“We can’t say too much more than that yet but could be one to watch.” (Lewis Steele)

I can now reveal that Florian Wirtz’s contract contains a highly unusual release clause, first valid from next summer, which can only be triggered by Bayern Munich — set at €60 million. The clause was agreed during delicate negotiations, at a time when Richard Hughes voiced serious doubts about signing a player valued at €150 million from a foreign league without a proven Premier League track record. Slot, however, was determined to bring Wirtz in and pushed for a mechanism that would give Bayern first-mover priority should they wish to act in the future.
Inside Bayern, there is now a more complicated picture. Sources indicate that Slot himself feels he misprofiled Wirtz initially, underestimating the challenge of integrating him at Liverpool, while the midfielder has grown increasingly frustrated with how some sections of the fanbase have treated him. That tension has not gone unnoticed internally, and Bayern see it as a factor that could accelerate their interest once the clause becomes active.
Liverpool, meanwhile, agreed to the release clause largely on the assumption that Bayern would not revisit Wirtz so soon, effectively giving them confidence that he would remain a long-term asset. Bayern are understood to be monitoring his situation closely, fully aware that €60 million is well below his current market value and represents a unique opportunity to secure one of Europe’s brightest midfield talents. Should they decide to act next summer, insiders expect the club to move decisively, using the clause not simply as a contractual formality but as a strategic lever in a transfer that could have major ramifications for both clubs.
