@Whole_Health_UK @RoyalMailHelp I can try but I don’t hold out much hope. Judging by the lack of engagement in this by @RoyalMail I do t think they care. It will be minimal comp and I will need to find original receipts for all the bits that were in the gift box. And no comp for me losing biz. Just cost price.

Thanks @RoyalMail -despite my package having fragile written on it & contents thoroughly bubble wrapped, looks like it was stamped on & kicked around.Contents smashed. Ive had to refund my customer (I’m a small biz) and my customer is now without an Xmas present at short notice

@RoyalMailHelp I know I can make a claim.But only for cost price. I’ve lost a sale. Have an unhappy customer. Some items were handmade by me so cost price is not reflective of the work I put in. The point is the lack of care by one or more of your employees when the parcel was labelled fragile
