@MountainOfMoon In their heads? On paper? What majors? Details matter. While I’d personally be glad if the vast majority of college graduates in all majors could also multiply double digit numbers in their heads, it won’t happen.

This is why we now have college students who can’t add double digit numbers.

@laurentduval I probably have a slight advantage in imaging higher dimensions. One of my eyes is weak, and my brain mostly processes signal from the strong eye, hence no spatial vision. This has forced me to think about 3D less through vision and with some imagination.

Although QST doesn't really satisfy the technical conditions required by AMP, we've gotten it to work quite well. Our numerical results compare favorably with the QST prior art. We'll be glad to receive comments and suggestions from both research communities. (4/4)

If you agreed with E to deliver X by time T, unless there is an emergency, either -Deliver X by T, -Communicate with E in advance of T to discuss alternate plans once you know you won't deliver X. Blows my mind how many times I have to explain this seemingly obvious principle.
