@BarryRaso @cissiayearner SAM has 11mil HP, and that's dmg you deal single target. If you're using someone who is blast+, you're gonna the kill the Puppets with an extra 3 mil far quicker than SAM when hitting all 3 contributes to the HP. Plus, effective HP and actual HP aren't the same thing

@BarryRaso @cissiayearner You don't need to be a break character or an implanter to use their mechanics. This really isn't that hard to grasp. Being on element as a mechanic isn't bad, because that's what you SHOULD be doing already. I literally cannot put it any simpler than this

@BarryRaso @cissiayearner I saw Evernight, Aglaea, Phainon, break, Anaxa, DoT, Feixiao all at the LEAST beat him sustainless in AA. You can literally search these clears up for yourself
