BTC could hit 250k this year. ETH can hit 30k. We had a lot of long term whales selling, multiple tariff and war scares as well as a low liquidity environment with the highest rates in almost 20 years. Despite this BTC ETF has had approx. 60bn in cumulative inflows since launch with the ETH ETF coming in around 12bn. ETH on exchanges is at its lowest $ ever and the staking exit queue is literally empty. Imagine how high inflows will be in a low rate + high liquidity environment, and all these negative catalysts firmly behind us.

If you're new at this trading thing you should analyze a chart with RSI+Bollinger bands. For old coins with high MC and a fair amount of holders (more than 5k) it's remarkably accurate most of the time. The trick is putting the timeframe where it makes more sense so here $1 on 1D chart. You can clearly see that when it hits the lower band it pumps, then you sell when it hits the top band. If there's momentum you can enter back at the mid average (orange line) and sell at the top band, and repeat. Once it's outside RSI 70 it's "overbought", you can expect a correction. Wait and buy back once it hits the mid average. In the case of $1 at one point it hit the mid average and RSI 50 on the 24th of November and went back lower, then it hit the boll band again. Now it's considered overbought again but who knows.

let’s talk about hope for a second even if your port is down because you weren’t patient and kept bleeding slowly, there’s still a way forward but only if you stop repeating the same mistakes that got you here what NOT to do now (the dangerous stuff): - going on tilt and trying to “win it back” fast - increasing size when confidence is low - forcing trades in low-quality environments - following hopium accounts that tell you what you want to hear - revenge trading after every red day - convincing yourself you “have to” be active to fix the damage - using your whole stack in a market that clearly isn’t rewarding aggression - ignoring obvious market signals because you emotionally need upside this is where most traders blow up completely not from the initial losses, but from what they do right after what to actually do instead: - stay patient - let bottoms form instead of guessing them - keep risk small until key levels are reclaimed - accept that chilling is part of the process zoom out and ask yourself: “what were my best trades ever, and when did they happen?” were they during risk-on periods? were they when the market had momentum and clear setups? because for almost everyone the answer is yes your best trades weren’t during chop they weren’t during uncertainty they weren’t forced they were during periods where everything lined up, and money came fast these phases will come again and they will be the ones that are actually worth waiting for that’s when you make meaningful progress, not during random noise last time we had a real risk-on window, I made 50% on the port in a single week that didn’t come from forcing trades every day it came from staying patient during the slow parts, keeping clarity, and striking when it actually mattered hope itself isn’t the problem acting on hope, instead of structure and timing, is the goal now is to stay alive and ready for the next real window because that’s where your bounce-back will come from hope this helps someone
