Breaking: Folarin Balogun will be available to play in USA's Round of 16 match against Belgium on Monday, FIFA announced.

@Basaraski The Problem is As soon as the foot makes contact above the ankle and the player falls, it's an automatic red card. Intention doesn't matter here, because there's no room for interpretation. The Card will be stand ..The sad thing is that the rule isn't consistently applied.
