It's unfortunate that a community of holders and product believers got rugged on $openhuman. It's important that teams are fully transparent in any form of tokenization. Especially when an anon. ships via @bankrbot, as quickly as possible in order to protect their efforts and potential supporters/users. Admittedly, when it happened (check our pinned post) to us we were faced with an ultimatum. One that we knew was a deciding factor in our fate as a start up, in a very, very early stage. We hadn't planned to launch open beta for another month (from now) as we have 5+ integrations in the pipeline almost complete + have numerous backend updates to make our platform the best of the best. Our devs were working brutal hours at the time attempting to shorten the dev time to ship even before we had a community member launch a token for us & set the fees towards our wallet. We saw our community of supporters form right in front of our eyes, at a moment when we were exhausted and pushing to do a VC raise (we still have the slide deck open on some of our computers to this day [its only been a few days since we launched anon]). The choice was simple for us; we had early supporters which is something many start ups have a problem finding. We scrambled. The tokenomics and benefits provided to us, we realized, could theoretically replace the VC raise as long as we pushed our product out 100 times faster than we ever thought we could. Fudding the @bankrbot ecosystem is not the answer. In fact we believe the real answer is the opposite of that. & answers aren't always comfortable or what you thought they would be before getting said answer: The responsibility rests on the teams involved, not Bankr, & definitely not the community attempting to support a builder. The choice for us ended up being very simple. Support our early users and community & do our best to show them how hard we are willing to work & build to provide the value we were going to pitch to VCs. We are grateful for @0xDeployer and the Bankr team. They've built a product that changed our projected path in a way we'd never imagined would be optimal for us and that's exactly what the product is designed to do. We will keep building, we support $rootAI and we will not let our community down. Let me explain why that distinction matters. ⭐️ The standard playbook for “AI trading agents” right now is simple: take an LLM, plug in some market data APIs, add a chat interface, bolt on optional execution. Ship it. Call it an agent. It works as a demo. It falls apart in production. Markets are not conversational. They are stateful, latency-sensitive, adversarial, and full of edge cases that no demo will ever surface. The moment you add real capital to a system built around a chatbot core, you find out fast. rootAI is positioning itself differently. The claim is not “our AI predicts price better.” The claim is that AI should act as an operational layer between users and markets, not a chat assistant bolted on top. That is the right framing. ⭐️ What they are building (publicly): - AI agent connected to Hyperliquid and Paradex - Natural language to execution pipeline - Dashboard called “Edge” with portfolio monitoring, signals, news - Browser-local signing, non-custodial architecture The non-custodial angle is the most important piece. Local signing means the platform cannot execute trades without active user consent. For an autonomous financial system, wallet architecture matters more than model quality. This is not a minor detail. ⭐️ What actually matters technically: Typing “long BTC aggressively” sounds simple. It is not. The system must translate that into: size, leverage, order type, execution timing, slippage tolerance. Any ambiguity in that translation chain is a risk surface. The harder engineering problems, state synchronization, failure recovery, position consistency, execution routing under volatility, none of that is documented publicly. It may be solved. It may not be. We do not know yet. ⭐️ The real thesis: Models are commoditizing fast. The moat in this space will not be “better AI.” It will be execution infrastructure, venue integrations, operational reliability, and state management. If rootAI is building infrastructure and positioning AI as the interface layer on top of deterministic systems, that is a structurally stronger product than another LLM wrapper with a chat box.
