Our newest Maestro is no stranger to pressure situations. Hard work preparation, and experience is a formula for one to handle business come crunch time & Gabe Garcia certainly proved that on Wednesday in the crunchiest of crunches. Not only did he drive in the would be winning run in the 6th, w the game hanging in the balance he brought order out of chaos and caught a stray bulldog off guard to seal the victory for the Tigers. For his efforts Gabe Garcia has proven to be a True Maestro of the Diamond.

The Tigers defeated the Bulldogs 7-6 & with that earn another trip down Rt 18 on Sat to play Monroe in the semis. Starter Andrew Bena gets the W & Jay Jimenez came in relief for the save. It was a battle from start to finish. Dom Massaro, Aiden McCarthy, Andrew Bena, Anthony Cicenia & Gabe Garcia were straight up dudes- handling business throughout this contest, helping the squad SURVIVE & advance to the next round.

Aiden McCarthy has earned his keep in the SP Tiger Baseball record books w/ his latest achievement- reaching the 100 K milestone. This season, the Bull has tossed a No No & also earned a doctorate in the field of Falconry. But with his latest performance, tossing another CG DUBYA, the Bull has once again proved he is a true Maestro of the Diamond.

The Tigers advance to the 1/4 finals after defeating St. Joes 2-1. Aiden McCarthy picked up his 6th W of the season w a CG 10k performance & also worked his way into the record books reaching the 100 strikeout milestone.
Chris Loniewski’s rbi single in the first plated Dom Massaro -who is credited w the eventual GW RBI after wearing one w the bases juiced in the bottom of the 4th that scored Eddie Budzinski (1-2). The Tigers (12-10) will travel to Metuchen on Weds.

The Tigers picked up their 11th W of the season by a score 14-4 over JFK. The Professor Aidan Kaplan was solid on the bump (5ip 3h 6k) & picked up his first career varsity W. Captain Dom Massaro went Full Dude & had quite a day- hit for the cycle, scored 5x while breaking the all time run scored record at SP. Fellow Captain Aiden McCarthy roped 3 doubles & Chris Loniewski had 2 hits & an RBI.
