Event Done!
The event is fun but its either you die to a 5k+ Hour player sitting in a corner not moving or you die to BD instantly 1 shotting you with 15 bullets in your chest.
PVE also needs their BD turned down because it is INSANE to play this on PVE.
Its VERY hard on PVE like VERY HARD.
Hopefully something can be done about the BD because I have been getting complaints about (PVE) BD for awhile now so icebreaker and terminal can also be tuned down a tiny bit.

The in-game event "Blackout" is live in #EscapefromTarkov.
Skier has discovered a vulnerability in the Lab’s security system and plans to strip the facility clean. Information this valuable was never going to stay secret for long, and now all kinds of interested parties are converging on the underground complex - each with their own motives.
However, someone else was already one step ahead: a team of unidentified operatives in black had infiltrated the Lab. What they're searching for remains unknown, but their presence poses a serious threat.
The event's end date will be announced later. Complete the associated tasks to earn a unique achievement.

1) No. All quests were reworked for seasons, including the ones required for Kappa. Charisma won't affect them.
2) No, PMC only.
3) Just like in real life - you'll have to figure out what you're allergic to. It only applies to meds, stimulants, drinks and food. Medkits are safe. Effects range from hand tremors to severe poisoning that damages your health. No instant death, of course.

3 big questions I think we need answered BEFORE we select these. 1) Will the Charisma skill impact any quests or prestige like systems. 2) Do these debuffs and bonuses apply to the player scav profile as well? 3) What does 'allergic' mean. Is it deadly? DOT? Debuffs?
