@BasedDavePA Nice. Well, I'm obviously biased, but one piece of advice I'll give that transcends both is: I HIGHLY recommend not including your pastor in the discernment process. Read, learn, talk to clergy, attend the services. And pray a LOT. But you do you. Good luck! I'll pray for you

I would be of the Eastern Catholic Rite so I could have the richness of the East which i love.
Sadly the closest one is hours away.
