Had a great time at the Bath Book Bash on Saturday! So nice catching up with author friends and meeting so many readers. I competed in an epic draw-off against my friends Jannie Ho and 3-time draw-off champion Chris Van Dusen, which was absurd and such a blast. 📚

The DISTANCE prize for the @BashBath goes to this dedicated book family from Mapleton, #Maine who traveled 4 hrs ONE WAY to attend the Bash! I had met both girls at an author visit @ their school in April & we talked about the writing lesson I shared with each of their classes.❤️

Thanks to everyone who makes the Bath Book Bash such an excellent event every single year. Today was a blast. And it didn’t hurt that I got a pic with Pete the Cat and scored some cool points with my kids.
