Basil Aleibiri made a presentation on the Board’s in-country Equipment Component Manufacturing Initiative (ECMI) covering the Nigerian Content Equipment Certification (NCEC), Nigerian Content Rig Certification(NCRC) and Nigerian Content Marine Vessels certification (NCMVC) processes at Seplat Energy’s Vendors Development forum in Sapele, Delta State. #NCDMB
