Been fortunate to cover Northeast Arkansas high school basketball for 13 years. Osceola/Rivercrest in the 3A State Semifinals Saturday night is one of the best atmosphere/environments I've ever been in. Hard fought game and also plenty of respect between the longtime rivals

The Pirates season came to a close last night falling to the defending State Champions, Osceola. Drew Central finishes with a record of 18-9, 8-3A Conference Champions, Regional Tournament Appearance, and a State Tournament Appearance.

ITS STATE TOURNAMENT TIME! Your Drew Central Pirates will be in action this afternoon at 2:30pm as they take on the host, Osceola, in the 1st Round. We know it is a long drive, but we need all the support we can get! GO PIRATES!

Your Drew Central Pirates punched their ticket to the 3A State Tournament next week in Osceola by defeating the Centerpoint Knights 71-43 tonight. The Pirates will play McGehee tomorrow in the Semi-Finals of the Regional at 5:30pm.

It's time for the REGIONAL TOURNAMENT! Your Pirates are the 3 Seed from the 8-3A Conference and will be taking on Centerpoint, the 2 Seed from the 7-3A Conference. The game will tipoff at 5:30pm.

Tonight your Pirates will open up District Tournament play in the Semi-Finals against the McGehee Owls. We need a BIG crowd to travel to Lake Village tonight for our game at 5:30pm. The Senior Girls will play immediately after against Dumas.
