Unfortunately the club has been made aware that after the final whistle on Saturday against Dorchester Town, a mini camera used by our media team was removed from a gate behind the goal of the Away section and remains missing. Our media team, along with the majority at the club, are volunteers and the majority of the equipment they use is their own personal kit and not funded by the club or partners. Fans of Poole Town will no doubt have enjoyed much of the fantastic media coverage this season with highlights, live streaming and commentary, photographs and BTS content. The use of personal DJI Osmo Action cameras has allowed us to capture and post action replays of iconic goals, memorable moments and provide alternate angles of fan celebrations, which the missing camera was rigged and filming. The club would like to kindly ask the person/s responsible or anyone with information to please reach out. We’d like to extend the opportunity for the camera and accompanying battery, SD card and screw to be returned safely to the club at our next home game against Taunton this Saturday. This can be achieved anonymously and without question or further action, by handing to any Club Director, Steward or member of Media Team. We hope this has simply been a misunderstanding or error in judgement after an eventful away day. We look forward to the safe return and to continue capturing all the moments of what we hope is a successful season for the team. #COYD🐬
