@Batelco The broadband doesn't reach the entire apartment, and when I asked the company to move the connection to the living room instead of the bedroom, they charged me 22 dinars, even though I pay at least 600 dinars annually for their service... Unfortunately, a bad experience.

@Batelco Planning to port my postpaid line from Zain, but sales said ported numbers can’t get devices on installment and I must take a new line. If true, what’s the point of porting in? Please clarify.
