Professor Georgina Andrews has been announced as the new Vice-Chancellor of BSU. Professor Andrews is currently the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost of BSU. She will succeed me as I become Principal and Vice-Chancellor of Edinburgh Napier University on 1 January 2025.

I have announced plans for my departure as Vice-Chancellor of BSU at the end of this calendar year after seven years in the role. I will take up a new position as Principal and Vice-Chancellor of Edinburgh Napier University, from 1 January 2025.
