ugandan internet service providers are dishonest and greedy they know from the onset that their network capacity is not enough from international transit and upstream peerin', down through their core, aggregation, and last-mile infrastructure they know it can only sustain a certain number of subscribers at the advertised throughput and quality of service at first, any advertised service is good and y'all will tweet with hype and recommend the service to your family and friends, and that's because you're still few on the network and cannot strain it yet but with the hunger for profit maximization, aggressive oversubscription ratios, and weak enforcement of consumer protection by ucc, they keep onboardin' beyond their capacity envelope what you end up with is network congestion: oversaturated backhaul links, contention at bras/bng levels, and degraded last-mile performance, especially durin' peak hours then y'all start cryin' and cursin'.. and ucc cannot step in because with more money pourin' into the pockets of these isps, the bigger their cut
