❄️ Unfortunately due to the adverse weather conditions this week, tonight’s session is cancelled. Paths & side roads are icy & unsafe. We are disappointed to have to cancel our first session back for 2025, but we want everyone to stay safe. We will be back next Thursday! 🥁

Last night saw our last gig of 2024 and what a great one we had! Bringing some happy beats to the people of Amazon MAN2 in Warrington who have been busy working on Black Friday, whilst santa hats and light up drums made for some very excited drummers too🎅🏻🎄#amazonman2

An amazing afternoon was had yesterday across our two workshops with James from Taiko West 🇯🇵 We had a great time learning various rhythms, trying different drums & also different styles of playing the instruments. We even had a samba-taiko mash up at 1 point - sambaiko anyone?!

Launching our 2024 Samba Drumming Beginners & Improvers Course! Starting this September is our 8 week course, where you can try something new at a slower pace of teaching. Places are limited - see the link in our bio for tickets!

Yesterday was a fabulous day at @warringtonartsfest at the Family Garden Party! We now have a short performance break until September but fear not, our weekly group sessions are still running throughout summer! Join us on Thursdays 6:45pm-9pm at Fearnhead Community Centre 🥁

The atmosphere at #DAD2024 was fantastic, with brilliant demos from Samba drummers @Batida_Rio and martial artists @KukSoolWidnes. A fab day was had by all and we can't wait to share with you how you can get involved in all the sports on display with the #DUKSummerGames

We can’t wait for our local event Birchwood Carnival on Sunday! This is always a great day and we’re excited to be back for our third year leading the parade. Find us parading around Birchwood Forest Park from 12:40pm, followed by an arena set around 1:15pm 🥁

On Thursday we welcomed A&A Media to film Batida Rio. The session was bouncing with so much energy showing off our music & letting Adam see just what makes the band so good! Huge thanks to Adam on creating this short video for us - you can really feel that power of the drums! 🥁
