i watched a documentary where an accent skull was dug up and investigated they went on to use a lady who put plasticine on the soul and made a face. “This is how this person looked” kinda thing. I’ve always felt the need to test them provide skulls of people you have clear photographs in life and let these “experts” loose to recreate the person, with a clear reference point. I doubt your recognise any of them. It reeks of money laundering and fakery over something you could never definitively verify or prove.

You have almost no capacity for fibre fermentation. You have essentially no cellulase. Your gut is optimised for one thing: dense, calorie-rich, rapidly digestible animal protein. You are not built to process plants. But here's the beautiful thing. You don't have to. The cow has already done it. It took the grass, ran it through four stomachs and a rumen of microorganisms, and produced beef. The beef arrives at the other end pre-converted. Bioavailable. Ready. You outsourced the hard part ten thousand years ago when you domesticated ruminants. You are the apex predator that invented a living food processing system. And somewhere, a nutritionist is telling you to eat more fibre.

We need to get real about sewage from animal farming - cow poo for example. With nearly 10 million cows in Britain, each weighing ten times as much as a typical human and eating 50% more per kg of body weight than a human - we have the equivalent of 150m extra people dumping daily in the countryside. Unseen and unchecked. Our human sewage system is at breaking point, polluting our rivers and seas - animal farming is more than twice that and there is no system to deal with it. It’s poisoning our countryside and our country and we need to do something about it. The usual bleating about adding costs and making business uneconomic won’t wash. We’re living in a Cows toilet right now.
