#exs3030 Coach John is having his team practice kicking penalty kicks with his soccer team. He has his team line up the ball on the penalty marker on the field and take 20 shots each from the same position and place each time. What type of practice is this?

@littlemarino24 Hi Logan, it’s great to see how an individual with a spinal cord injury is compensating and adapting to their everyday life using a device to help them type.

@Ella782002 It’s a good perspective to see how a patient must rely on their medication to get through some daily tasks with Parkinson’s.

@docgoble The frontal cortex is in charge of making the decisions and sending information to the neurons to get ready to perform a designated movement. At 0.03 seconds, the Seattle Seahawks quarterback made the decision to throw the ball to wide receiver Jermaine Kearse. 0:03-0:05 seconds

@docgoble 4. Proprioception receptors give us the sense of motion of where we are. Lauri Markkanen having the ball in his hand getting read to jump and slam the ball in the net gives the proprioception receptors a chance to communicate his muscles (0:03-0:06) seconds.

@TaylorHillEXS Hi Taylor I think this video is very interesting on explaining how we can monitor muscle activity during any physical movement. Anyone who has had an injury before especially could show an interesting result because of insignificant muscle use.

@GabbiNicholas Hey Gabbi, gymnastics is a very motor learning based sport that requires so much balance and stamina. I like that you demonstrated the importance of motor control to inhibit motor performance in a routine. I like how to expressed the difficulty a gymnast really undergoes.

#Exs3030 An amazing display of how human movement relates motor control and balance. Cheerleading and stunting requires significant motor performance. Here is Top Gun Allstars 2022-2023 main stunt sequence! youtube.com/shorts/xGN9Rn4…
