@BattleRoyalePod Have you perhaps read the book "L'affaire des brus" from Gaëlle Audéon ? She makes a good job of reviewing the different records of the affaire in medieval sources suggest a motive for Marigny involment even suggest it blow way out of what he thought would be a private scandal
