Western Bay Adoption Service were joined by colleagues from across South Wales to tackle the Pen y Fan summit walk on Friday. The walk was to raise awareness for #NationalAdoptionWeek which kicks off today and to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Research. @nas_cymru @BayAdoption
