If you need to add value to your Clipper card and are unable to, we encourage you to pay your fare with a plastic or mobile contactless bank card. The Clipper Customer Service Center is unable to provide account services over the phone at this time, but customers can instead email custserv@clippercard.com. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Customers will also not be able to use their mobile Clipper card to pay for transit. Contactless bank cards and plastic Clipper cards can be used to pay instead.
